This simple 3-ingredient recipe turns apple slices into "donuts".
- 1 medium apple
- 3 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tsp shredded unsweetened coconut
- Remove apple core with an apple coring tool. Slice the apple crosswise into 8 thin rings, about 14 inches thick. Spread almond butter on each apple ring. Sprinkle with coconut. Enjoy!
