This so-simple 3-ingredient recipe turns apple slices into "donuts".
- 1 med apple
- 3 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tsps shreeded unsweetened coconut
- Remove apple core with an apple coring tool. Slice the apple crosswise into 8 thin rings, about 14 inch thick. Spread each apple ring with almond butter. Sprinkle with coconut.
